Purchasing a Yearbook 

If you would like to purchase a 2019-2020 ALL COLOR yearbook from the East, West, or Freshman campus, please stop by the cashier's office at the respective campus Monday through Friday during school hours to place an order, or you may place your order online (credit card payments only). Payments, in person, can be made by cash, check, debit or credit card.  

The 2019-2020 yearbook is:

• $35.00 if purchased now through Homecoming week Friday, Oct 4th 
• $50.00 if purchased between Saturday, Oct. 5th and Friday Dec. 20th (before winter break)
• $60.00 if purchased from Saturday, Dec. 21st (during winter break) through the end of the school year
   

(While supplies last. Please make payment by cash, debit or credit card only.)   Due to our publishing contract, which requires us to place the order of yearbooks we need to be published BEFORE we leave for winter break each year, a request for a refund on a yearbook you ordered WILL ONLY BE HONORED IF THE REQUEST IS MADE BEFORE WINTER BREAK OF THAT SCHOOL YEAR-NO EXCEPTIONS.

Senior Grad Ads

To the Parents/Relatives of the Class of 2020, Graduation is an exciting time for you and your son/ daughter as they are about to graduate high school. The Yearbook staffs at East and West would like to offer you the opportunity to place an ad in the yearbook to commemorate this momentous occasion. These ads include personal messages from you and pictures (baby/current/ family pictures). The yearbook staffs will design the layouts for your ad.    All Senior Grad Ads are due BEFORE WINTER BREAK-DEC. 20th.

There are a variety of Senior Grad Ad packages available.

• Option A (1/8 page ad): 1 picture and a personalized message (up to 1 paragraph) $50.00
• Option B (1/4 page ad): Up to 4 pictures and a personalized message (up to 1 paragraph) $75.00
• Option C (1/2 page ad): Up to 6 pictures and a personalized message (1-2 paragraphs) $125.00
• Option D (A FULL PAGE AD): Up to 12 pictures and a personalized message (multiple paragraphs) $200.00

YEARBOOK SIDE NOTE

Each year, our yearbook staffs have an incredible mission before them; it becomes the job of roughly 60+ STUDENTS, most of which have no prior experience, to capture an entire year of sports, clubs, academics, and overall student life, using newly acquired journalism AND advanced technology skills, while trying to identify roughly 8,000 students and staff accurately, IN JUST SEVEN MONTHS!!!!!   Although we do our very best to get everything just right, inevitably there will be mistakes within the 400+ pages of our combined campuses yearbook. We apologize for any incorrect spelling of names, incorrect identifications, or clubs, teams, and students that did not make it onto our pages: it is never done intentionally.   The best way to help correct the problems is to be a part of the solution. Join our staff and help make next year's book even better. Yearbook Journalism is a year-long English class offered to seniors and an elective for sophomores and juniors. If you are interested in creating the Yearbook, please contact your counselor.

Purchasing a 2020-2021 Yearbook

Purchase a previous school year's yearbook

At the start of each new school year, you may purchase the previous year's yearbook (or earlier years) for $50.00 apiece. It will cost an additional $10.20, per yearbook, if you need it to be shipped.

Dates: Oct. 19-24

Location: East Fieldhouse

Time Frame: Monday-Friday (3:30-8:30 p.m.) and Saturday (8 a.m. -1 p.m.)

WEST SENIOR PICTURES WILL TAKE PLACE:

Dates: Oct 26-29 & Nov. 16

Location: West Auditorium

Time Frame: Monday-Thursday (3:30-8:30 p.m.)
